You could tell me that Vermintide started life as a Left 4 Dead mod; I’d believe you. 4 survivors of an apocalypse fighting a horde-like enemy called the Skaven (zombies), dogged at every turn by unique monsters designed to pick you off one by one. You’ve got your Gutter Runner (hunter), Pack Master (smoker/jockey), Poison Wind Globadier (spitter/boomer), Stormvermin (armoured horde) and the Rat Ogre (tank). We’re a charger and a witch away from a full set. Warhammer: The End Times – Vermintide, to give it its full title, is a first person co-operative action game with an emphasis on … Read More »

Vermintide, or to give this battler its full title Warhammer – The End Times: Vermintide, lets you team up with three friends and work together to thin out Skaven forces and drive them out of the city. The game offers drop-in drop-out co-operative multiplayer for up to four … Read More »

A more formal description though: Vermintide is a four … Read More »

The (End) Time(s) is near for Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide to move over to consoles – yeah, that pun was a little tougher to pull off than I thought. But there are good reasons for the delay. Firstly, Fatshark is a small developer based in Sweden (not that the country has anything to do with it!) and so creating the game everyone who … Read More »
