Xbox boss Phil Spencer has been fairly active on Twitter recently, mainly to downplay the furore caused by the cancellation of Scalebound. Not to be painted as a broken record, however, Spencer has also been talking about Project Scorpio and whether or not we’d see anything before E3 in June. Dead Rising 4 is coming very soon, with it of course Xbox has been pushing the advertisements to generate a hype and keep the buzz going until release. Xbox’s track record for keeping the excitement flowing is fantastic until a few people started receiving a rather awkard email regarding Dead Rising 4, the email was a song made of zombie moans and groans that unfortunately were seen as a racial slur. UPDATE: The Vosik challenge is to activate all 4 rooms using SIVA charges.  Pretty simple but it appears all 4 rooms have to be used. It’s time to put your big boy, or girl, pants on guardians and take the fight again to the Wrath of the Machine raid.  Challenge mode is now live with the first being the Vosik fight.  What exactly the rewards are and what the challenge is we don’t know yet but will update when we get more info.  Early reports on Reddit are that you have to throw and hit Vosik with all the SIVA charges however … Read More »

Moments ago we received a cryptic tweet via the Xbox twitter account. The image is simply of various shapes embedded into the ground. The shapes however clearly represent an Xbox One console, Xbox One Controller and what appears to be a Kinect. Recently the numbers for console sales in September came out and Microsoft is again on top for a third consecutive month.  Overall, it was reported that Xbox console sales were up 1000% overall!  That is insane and it appears that the heads of Xbox are starting to feel themselves a bit on their recent victories.
