The Behemoth - creator of Alien Hominid HD, Castle Crashers and Battleblock Theatre - is one of the most-respected indie developers around, with a unique style and a singular perspective. In Pit People, out on Xbox Game Preview this week, they've turned their talents towards turn-based strategy, with predictably anarchic results. Pip People offers single player, two-player and four-player (two vs two) strategic action, testing your turn-based skills throughout a loot-filled adventure of exploration and battle. ostly, we know what we'll get with Games with Gold. That game we almost bought two years ago. An indie title we liked the look of. An obscure Xbox 360 game we've never heard of. Don't get us wrong. Set in a post-apocalyptic world at war, you’ll take control of one of three factions ... Read More »

There might be a timer to keep things from stalling completely, but even so they still offer a different gaming experience. Here are five of the best. Child of Light | Ubisoft Montreal An early title for Xbox One, Ubisoft Montreal's Child of Light launched in April 2014. This surprising gentle, dream-like fairy-tale takes ... Read More »
