It’s been a long and bumpy road for Dead Island 2 since its E3 reveal way back in 2014. However, Deep Silver have now spoken out and confirmed that the title is still in development whilst speaking to Eurogamer. Since the announcement four years ago, there has been a change of developer as Yager departed amid differing visions of the game with Deep Silver. It has been a little while since we have heard anything from the guys at Deep Silver about Dead Island 2 and the most recent news that we have had hasn’t been particularly encouraging. |The original development team were kicked off the project and were then replaced by Sumo Digital.
