Division agents are well-used to the weekly downtime on Tuesdays, done to ensure the smooth running of Ubisoft’s servers. But according to the studio, The Division be going offline tomorrow for some emergency patching. For UK players, the game will be out of action from 8am, for approximately two hours, while Ubisoft make changes. It has been a week since the launch of The Division onto the Xbox One and the hype has been very much fulfilled. This morning however all you agents out there will have to take a little break. Ubisoft have announced on Twitter that from 8am GMT the servers will be down for scheduled maintenance. The downtime is set to only last for three hours, just enough time to once again venture out into the outside world for a little while. Friendly public service announcement regarding Destiny's servers: you might have noticed they not operating right now, as they're down for a scheduled maintenance. Bungie have said that they expect everything to be back up and running by 10pm GMT tonight, and we'll keep you updated if anything changes. No word on whether or not this maintenance is to lay the groundwork for future updates, such as the Crimson Doubles planned for Valentine's, but I imagine Bungie will let us know in due time. Maintenance due today will mean the Destiny servers will be offline for approximately six hours. Expected downtime between 4Pm to 10Pm GMT. If you are currently in game when the maintenance begins, you will receive an in-game notification and expelled from the servers. The Bungie.net website and Destiny Companion app may also have restricted access during the period of maintenance. Once the servers are back online don't forget to complete the 10 Moments of Trumph to earn yourself an exclusive reward, but beware you only have until the 9th of September to complete this.
