In a recent blog post by Ubisoft, numbers for active players have been released, reporting that they have over 20 million players registered on the Rainbow Six: Siege network, with over 2.2 million active players each day. The team at Blizzard have confirmed the dates and times that the third season of competitive play will end for Overwatch. Along side this, are a few key pieces of information you may want to know. First of all, Season 3 will end on Wednesday February 22nd at 00:00 UTC with Season 4 launching one week later on Wednesday March 1st at 00:00 UTC. Secondly the rewards! Since it was unveiled at E3 in June, the title and release window for the next highly anticipated season of the Telltale's The Walking Dead have been tightly under wraps. Iron Galaxy have finally confirmed that the eighth character joining the Season 3 cast of Killer Instinct is the final boss of the first game, Eyedol. A two headed, troll-like barbarian, Eyedol will be available for Season 3 Ultra Edition owners on July 22nd, and for Combo Breaker owners on July 29th. The military leader of the Locust horde seems to fancy himself as a master of Ultra Combos... Microsoft, at their E3 briefing, officially revealed that General RAAM will be making his way to Season 3 of Killer Instinct, and will be free to play this week. The hype is real. The short trailer saw RAAM eating Jago's fireballs like they were nothing, before stabbing him right in the gut, Kim style. Bored with sending his Herald, Omen, to do his dirty work, Gargos has been unveiled to the world in a livestream hosted by Iron Galaxy, and he'll be available to body scrubs in Killer Instinct ranked matches from May 27th. Available as part of the Season 3 bundle, Gargos looks like the unholy fusion of Firebrand and M.Bison (he has a damn Psycho Crusher), with a moveset seemingly catered towards keeping the opponent at bay. Season 3 of Killer Instinct launched today, and as tradition dictates, Iron Galaxy unveiled the launch trailer for the update, and it gives a clear indication as to where Season 3 will be heading.
