Its been over 3 weeks now since the largest union for voice actors and stunt performers in Hollywood, SAG-AFTRA, authorized a strike against some game developers and production studios. All work ceased on a variety of in-development games and as a result, a few unannounced projects were revealed - games like Brothers in Arms 4 and Madden NFL 18. The voice actors strike, which has been raging for a little over a week, just got a little more bitter, as high-profile publishers launch an attack site which aims to discredit the union behind the strike. A number of high profile video game voice actors may be going on strike very soon. This is in protest for better pay and working conditions. The Screen Actors Guild/ American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) is considering the action due to what they perceive is the unfair treatment of artists in the industry. The union is proposing that artist receive stunt pay for "vocally stressful recording sessions".
