When Battleborn released earlier this year we found a game that was a pleasant mix of various genres. Whilst having a steep learning curve it was still fun to play with a different and interesting style. Unfortunately, it soon fell out of favour with many gamers. There are some backwards compatible titles that we’ve been screaming out for ever since Microsoft announced the feature. Games like the Bioshock trilogy and Call of Duty: Black Ops have long topped the list of requested backwards compatible titles, although the Xbox chiefs don’t like to mention them. In a Tweet on Monday evening Head of Xbox Games Marketing, Aaron Greenberg, brought some clarity to the recent rumours that Xbox are planning to allow gamers to trade in digital copies of games. The rumour (which we originally reported on here) asked gamers whether they would be interested in a virtual trade in system which would allow them to gain a small percentage of the games value back in the form an Xbox Store credit. So according to reddit, the domain name "xbox.steampowered.com" has been active recently, with development being done over the past couple of days. Whilst somewhat suspicious on its own, the news happens to coincide with the Microsoft's imminent press event on February 25th. Warner Bros are rumoured on planning a toy-to-life game under the working title of LEGO Dimensions. The title is in the works Traveller's Tales, the studio behind many of the previous LEGO games. LEGO Dimensions has been touted as a competitor to the Skylanders franchise, Disney Infinity and Nintendo's Amiibo toy line. Warner has yet to comment on the speculation, although a Traveller's Tales spokesperson previously said that the studio was "always trying to push the boundaries" when asked about the possibility of a toys-to-life release. The last couple days have seen some rumours about The Division spread, including platform resolution and a screen for the pre alpha build which you can see below.
