Rocket league is one of those games that stands out from the crowd for multiple reasons. One in particular, is for its continuous support; always looking for ways to improve upon it and adding new maps and modes - all for free. After Microsoft today announced that Xbox Live multiplayer is going free till the 19th February, Major Nelson has now confirmed via Twitter that two games will be joining the promotion as part of Xbox's 'Free Play Days'. The racing football crossover Rocket League is set to get another surprising and somewhat surreal update soon that will see the real life toy cars been brought to a screen near you. Developer Psyonix today took to Twitter to announce that some Hot Wheel cars and items will be coming to Rocket League. Hot Wheels is coming to Rocket League on February 21st! Psyonix remains a creature of habit by announcing a number of rewards competitive players can expect to receive for Rocket League Season 3, (as they did with Season 1 and 2). By Psyonix own admission, Season 3 has run for considerably longer than anticipated however, we have been assured that this is due to the amendments they have made specifically for Season 4. GTA V is very rarely out of the top ten in the charts – but for the tenth time since its release, it’s hit the number one spot. According to GfK Chart Track, in the All Formats chart, Rockstar’s anarchic open-world actioner beat out, well, pretty much everything from Battlefield 1 to FIFA 17. This week has seen the latest Rocket League update rolled out across consoles and PCs. The update is primarily aimed at fixing a number of ongoing bugs that players are experiencing.
