With the ever expanding presence of camera phones and the internet, leaks happen.  It looks like someone from Gamestop may have snapped an image showing what might be the release date for Tekken 7.  Tekken 7 has been in arcades since 2015 but may be launching on 28 May 2017.  That isn’t very far away so it would be nice to get the next title in the classic fighting game franchise.  The leaked image is below and as someone who did nice work at a Gamestop does match the inventory system.  Is the image completely legit though we don’t know.  We will … Read More »

As gamers we’re often treated to leaks related to games that we’re eagerly anticipating. Whether it be details on the games characters, what to expect from the gameplay or indeed the titles release date. It’s the latter that we’re going to look at today as it appears that retailer Littlewoods have leaked the release date for Rockstar’s highly anticipated Red Dead Redemption 2. The game is currently listed on their website (here) with the astronomical price of £69.99 and an “Order now for delivery on” date of 02-October-2017. If the date being touted by Littlewoods is an accurate one then it’s … Read More »

Just when we thought that Microsoft had forgotten all about Crackdown 3, they’ve confirmed that the game is due ‘holiday 2017 or earlier.’ That’s the buzz from Dave Johnson, art director at Microsoft Studios, who confirmed the intended release date during an Extra Life livestream. Not only that, but Johnson also mentioned that Crackdown 3 will run 4K resolution on the upcoming Project Scorpio. That jives with Microsoft’s commitment to ensure all first-party games run at native 4K on the new console. Crackdown 3 has been a bit up in the air since its impressive E3 reveal – it sank … Read More »

So it’s that time of year again. Like good boy scouts we need to be prepared so we should all start getting our Christmas lists together. One certain addition to any such list would be a new Dead Rising game, like Dead Rising 4 for example. If only we knew when such a game was going to be released. Well people, we may have some good news for you. A release date for Dead Rising 4 may have been accidentally released by Microsoft, if however briefly, on its marketplace. Some eagle eyed people spotted earlier that a listing appeared on … Read More »

If you cast your mind back to last year’s E3 convention then you may remember seeing a trailer for a little game called ReCore. Since last year news has been slow off the ground for this spectacular little game from Comcept and Armature Studios. Well now we may have a release date, although not an official one. Game selling website SimplyGames but a pre-order price for the game out at £40 with a release date of October 25th. This however is nothing like an official release date and the website has now taken the date down although the pre-order option … Read More »

The “Pre-3” leaks appear to be continuing unabated, and the latest game to be stung by this leakpocalypse is Platinum’s upcoming Xbox title Scalebound… Potentially. The online retailer Base.com posted a listing for Scalebound with the release date of 31/03/2017. For the unaware, Base have also been responsible for outing the release date for Skyrim Remastered. It’s up to you whether that adds any weight to this leak, but clearly someone at Base has a penchant for whipping the gaming press into a frenzy. It’s entirely possible that the release date is just a placeholder, but ThisGenGaming argue that games … Read More »
