Fans have been waiting to find out whether or not Phantom Dust will be remastered and released. After months of an agonising wait, Head of Xbox marketing, Aaron Greenberg tweeted "Excited to announce a fan favourite Phantom Dust will re-release exclusively tomorrow." Greenberg announced this yesterday, revealing that the game will be free for Xbox One and Windows 10. It seems a new game titled Phantom Dust has appeared on Amazon for pre order for £64.99, after a little research on Wiki I found that this title was originally released on the original Xbox in 2004. Could this be a remake or a hoax to swindle someone out of some money, who knows but its an interesting idea that maybe Xbox are starting to remake cult classics? Phantom Dust caused quite a stir back in E3 2014 - as much for the weirdness of the trailer as for the revival of this pseudo-card-based action strategy game that debuted on the original Xbox some eleven years ago.
