Proving to be a popular hit, especially for those waiting for PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds to release, Fortnite have amassed millions of players since they launched the free to play Battle Royale mode. Epic Games have released some patch notes of a new update for Fortnite that brings plenty of quality-of-life adjustments for both the Save the World campaign and Battle Royale mode. You can check out the patch notes below. Battle Royale Gameplay You can now switch between teammates while spectating. Fixed an issue which caused enemy players to instantaneously appear once they emerged from behind an object. This issue occurred frequently if shadows were disabled in the game options. Today sees the release of Fortnites's PvP Battle Royale mode go free to all. A clone of Playerunknown's Battlegrounds, sees you drop in to a large map from a flying bus, fighting it out to be top dog. It's you against 99 other players, but with a Fortnite spin to it, allowing you to build your own defences against the onslaught of other players. Friday the 13th released on 26th May 2017, and by all accounts has been an extremely buggy experience. The Xbox One version has been particularly afflicted - apparently due to the delay of a Day One patch that was released to other platforms shortly after the game launched. Since that time, Illfonic and Gun Media have been receiving and responding to reports of numerous problems with the game - including visual glitches and lengthy matchmaking times. Today has seen the SMITE update, Pillars of Success, launch on consoles. That means the new update is now available to players on Xbox one. The update brings about a whole raft of content from new characters & emotes right through to bug fixes & God skins. For all of you wrestling fans out there, 2K has released Patch 1.06 which fixes a lot of stability issues and some that directly affected the outcome of matches in the form of the character wouldn't do what you told them to do! Various moves have had their damage fine tuned, and stamina consumption tweaked so as to give a more true to life feel to it.
