A fresh week has rolled around once again which can only mean one thing. New releases! Last week saw a big release in terms of Prey, the decade-long awaited title from Bethesda that first came to fruition in 2006. After revealing a console release a couple of months ago, Italian developer LKA have confirmed that The Town of Light will be heading to Xbox One this June 6th. The psychological adventure released over a year ago on PC, and was met with positive reviews from critics. You take the role of Renée, a 16 year old girl who suffers with mental illness. Prey is due to finally launch this Friday May 5th, and as seems to be the standard in this day and age, it comes equipped with a day one patch. Weighing in at 1.3 GB, it's not going to break the bandwidth but it will bring a range of tweaks and fixes to the launch day release. Polish developers Transhuman Design have confirmed a release date for the upcoming Xbox One title, BUTCHER. Hitting the store as a digital download on May 10th, the 2D pixelated shooter has been developed as an ode to DOOM. Promising lots of carnage and, of course, blood. With inspiration taken from DOOM and Quake, you take control of a robot whose sole purpose is to eradicate any remains of humanity left.
