Today, Monolith Productions has released a story trailer for the upcoming Middle Earth: Shadow of War - the highly anticipated sequel to 2014's Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor. The game is set in the universe of JRR Tolkien's Lord of the Rings, and (judging from the trailer) looks like it will feature many of the elements that make the world so appealing to so many of us - including Sauron, another ring of power (!), Nazgul, and Shelob. LEGO Dimensions will include 14 different levels within the main game, Warner Bros. Interactive announced yesterday. The game, which is merging together various IP's with physical brick building in a similar vein to Skylanders, will give players the opportunity to stomp around in beloved universes from The Simpsons to Doctor Who, Back To The Future to Portal. Most of these universes will be available in the Starter Pack, allowing players to explore with whichever characters, vehicles and gadgets they wish from the Starter Pack. Play as Celebrimbor, the Bright Lord, wielding a Ring of Power to challenge Sauron for domination.
