No further news is expected on Microsoft Studios’ Scalebound until 2017, judging by a tweet this week from Microsoft chief executive Phil Spencer One Twitter user asked Phil if it would be possible to share any news for the upcoming title. In response, Spencer said: ‘Sorry, probably no new Scalebound news before 2017.’ However as Microsoft does not hold any specific events in the latter half of the year, this news should come as no surprise. Today we found that the current double XP bonus players are getting for playing Gears of War 4 will be extended. In a statement on the official Gears of War twitter, we found out that the double XP bonus will last until Tuesday. We've extended #GearsofWar4 Double XP until Tuesday! The saga of Crackdown 3 is a strange one, with its omission from E3 2016 and subsequent delay into 2017 coming from seemingly nowhere. At least now we have some clarification.
