Step up to red alert! I don’t care if it means changing the bulb! Calling all smegging Dwarfers! It would appear that Lister, Rimmer, The Cat and Kryten are making their way to the wacky and wonderful world of LEGO Dimensions. The LEGO Dimensions Facebook page posted the following picture: You might recognise this as the living quarters of David Lister and Arnold Judas Rimmer Bsc Ssc. Unfortunately, that’s the only information available at the moment, so we have no idea what form the Red Dwarf content will take. Turns out that Disney Infinity is not quite as infinite as you’d imagine. The House of Mouse’s toy-meets-game range, intended to compete with both Skylanders and Lego Dimensions, will be pulling the plug on its servers over the course of the next 8 months. Owners of the game will still be able to play the console versions, but there will be limited support for it. That means Community Updates and in-game purchases will be coming to an end. We’ve known since May that Disney Infinity was coming to an end, with Disney claiming to be changing ‘exclusively to a licensing … Read More »

Some are saying it’s a “leak”, but if it’s appeared in an Argos catalogue I struggle to find it anything more than the first sight of what the set actually includes! Nonetheless, we do have some more details on what the Harry Potter related Fantastic Beasts (And Where To Find Them) Lego Dimensions expansion set will include. A new (old) character to the Potter world, Newt Scamander and a Niffler are the minifigures to play with (both  physically and digitally) while the new portal “desktop” is based upon MACUSA – the Magical Congress of the United States of America – the … Read More »

So before you start throwing The Doctor and Marty McFly at your TV screen in rage at the excessive expenditure you may have poured out for the different Level, Fun and Team Packs for Lego Dimensions over the last year (I may have bought a *few*) it’s actually the update of what there is to expect in Year 2 of the game – calm yourself, though there’s no promise you’ll have anything but moths flying out of your money pockets later this year. But shooting back to last year Lego released the new Dimension format to add to their library of many other … Read More »
