Peripheral-based rhythm games have been suffering from lackluster sales as of late, and much like Rock Band 4 the new Guitar Hero Live is no exception. Last night Activision said that Guitar Hero Live, which released in October of 2015 against its competitor Rock Band 4, suffered from sales much lower than the publisher was expecting. The music industry is a competitive place, and now so is Guitar Hero Live. In its latest update Guitar Hero Live now gets head to head battles thrown into the mix. Head to head battles were a mainstay of earlier entries into the franchise and fans have been asking for it to be added to this later installment as well. It’s that time of year when Activision invites all Guitar Hero Live shredders to come together to indulge in a huge new collection of music added in GHTV!  Starting Wednesday, November 25, Guitar Hero Live will receive 28 new playable tracks, which will drop directly into the GHTV on-demand list. Activision Announce 10 More Songs To GHL Track List! Last month, we reported the announcement of the initial 10 tracks for the upcoming Guitar Hero Live. Activision have announced 10 tracks out of the “hundreds” available on day one. When Activision announced Guitar Hero Live last week, the publisher revealed a handful of artists whose songs would be featured on the game’s soundtrack, but didn’t share the songs themselves. Now, Activision has done just that, announcing the first ten songs that will be available on day one in a post on Facebook.
