Let's be honest, Curse of Osiris for Destiny 2 wasn't that great.  Mercury was beautiful and the raid lair was amazing but both of the new strikes are just repeats of the story missions and the story did nothing to really develop characters or really make you feel an real emotion on the security of Earth. With that though The Dawning is live and data miners have had a look through the update and we may have some good info on what the next expansion may bring us.  Let's also remember that these leaks are just speculation without any confirmation ... Everyone is probably familiar with the festive themed updates the majority of games release nowadays, but no one pulls it off quite like Bungie. Bungie have announced that The Dawning is making it's way back to Destiny 2 since last dropping with its predecessor in 2016. This update will launch on December 19th and will include a variety of winter themed shaders, swords, and snowball fights. Or maybe an oversized game of Hockey in the farm would suit you. Either way this update will last until 9th January, allowing you to obtain all of your festive needs. Source: Bungie Make ... Read More »
So let's face it, Bungie has messed up on the launch of Curse of Osiris for Destiny 2. It has been a general consensus with the player base that bungee has offered very little in this DLC and have locked too many casual things behind a paywall that were readily available in the first Destiny game as part of the regular experience. Outside of the amazing raid lair, there isn't much else outside of very little story and more repetitive gameplay. Bungie is now though seeing their errors and trying to fix them as best they can. Today Destiny 2 ... Read More »
In Destiny 2, your Ghost is your voice - he does all your talking. However, with Amazon's Alexa, you can talk back, and give as good as you get. Publisher Activision and Amazon recently joined forces and produced the "Destiny 2 Ghost Skill" for Alexa. Now, Alexa will let you ask her questions and complete in-games tasks, with voice acting by Nolan North. Amazon is selling an optional limited-edition Ghost speaker too. While this isn't an Alexa device in itself, it will link up with your current device. When answering your questions, your device will light up, making it more ... Read More »

Making some content in big games console exclusive is nothing new and can often leave players of a particular console feeling as if they have missed out just because of their choice of console. The first Destiny game had this, keeping some content exclusively for Playstation players. Xbox gamers had to wait up to a year for some of the content and some of it has stayed exclusive to Playstation. That is up until now. While most of the world has been engrossed with Destiny 2 the developer has quietly released all of the previously exclusive content onto the Xbox ... Read More »
