In some unfortunate news for fans of either the series or turn based RPGs, South Park: The Fractured But Whole has been delayed even further, with a release window pointing to the end of March NEXT YEAR at worst. Ubisoft have stated that the anticipated sequel to South Park: The Stick of Truth will be released at some point during their next fiscal year, which covers April 2017 to March 2018. There are rumours abound on the world wide web that Square Enix’s blockbuster title Final Fantasy XV has been delayed. Various respected news sites are reporting that the top brass in Gamestop Corporate are being given the instruction to communicate the delay to customers. The leak comes in the form of an image that supposedly shows how to apply large stickers to in store promotional material. Bad news for all of you armchair detectives out there. Frogwares have announced that their upcoming game, Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Daughter, has been delayed a little. Investigations have revealed that unfortunately Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Daughter won’t be available in may as had been announced at first. Instead it will now be released on June 10th. 505 games has this week confirmed that the Xbox One version of hardcore racing sim Assetto Corsa has been delayed to June 3rd. The title which has the potential to rival Xbox mainstay Forza was originally set for release on consoles on April 22nd. I for one am a little gutted about this news regarding Trackmania Turbo. Originally scheduled for a November release, has been delayed to early 2016, Ubisoft has announced. The additional time will be used to improve the game’s campaign modes, interface, and multiplayer. “The extra time will give us an opportunity to make sure that the online infrastructure is stable and that the online experience is a smooth one,” Ubisoft wrote. Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege has had it’s release date delayed. Originally October 13th 2015 the game has been deylayed to December 1st 2015 due to some needed adjustments and improvements. The game’s development team made the announcement via Ubisoft’s blog. They stated the Rainbow Six Siege Beta will launch on the same date that it was planned for with no problems.
