CD Projekt Red has already confirmed that they will be attending E3 this year they listed their event under the “RPG” category. Based on the listing, it appears the studio has an RPG to talk about during the year’s biggest gaming show. This isn’t exactly a full confirmation that they will show more of Cyberpunk 2077 at E3, the studio might announce something to do with another RPG that they are working on that is set to release between 2017/2019. Back to Cyberpunk 2077 earlier this year the game’s Twitter account that had been silent for four years came back to life. CD … Read More »

CD Projekt RED are a developer that only stand to increase their reputation with every game that they release. How is that possible some may ask? Well up until now the only series they’ve developed is the famed Witcher series. The most recent instalment in this franchise, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, was arguably the most successful Witcher title to date. Wild Hunt won so many awards that you would run out of fingers and toes to count on long before you had finished totting them all up. It would stand to reason then that as soon as CD Projekt … Read More »

We’ve been waiting for news on Cyberpunk 2077 for a while now, so it’s exciting new to learn that CD Projekt RED, masterminds behind the awesome The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, are currently focusing all their efforts on the game. Cyberpunk 2077 is billed as an open-world RPG set in the ‘dark future of 2077, where advanced technologies have become both the salvation and the curse of humanity.’ Players will navigate Night City, a world where gadgets can be used to feel other people’s thoughts and emotions. There’s also both a single-player and multiplayer component. Given the sheer scope of … Read More »

Blood and Wine will be the final expansion for the humongous (and critically very well received) Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, with developer CD Projekt Red’s attention already on their next full game, Cyberpunk 2077. However, it looks as though Blood and Wine will not be our final chance to guide Geralt -or some other hero – on his slightly misogynistic path of adventure. Not if game director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz has his way, that is. In a recent interview with Eurogamer, Tomaszkiewicz had this to say about the prospects of a return to the Witcher franchise: “Personally I hope that someday in the … Read More »

Witcher 3 developer CD Projekt has said that it would be unfair for the studio not to release a fourth game in the Witcher franchise, MCV reported in a recent article. While this years release, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt may have been the the end of Geralt of Rivia’ story, the huge critical acclaim and commercial success that it has achieved means that it most certainly won’t be the end of the series. CD Projekt’s studio CEO Adam Kicinski said on Polish TV station TVN24 BiS “It’s too early to talk about it, but it’s not like we’re forgetting about this … Read More »

Cyberpunk 2077 is the next game from The Witcher developer CD Projekt Red and is set the be the companies biggest game they have ever made. The Sci-Fi RPG was originally announced back in 2012, but since then the Polish developer has remained quiet and barely spoken of the game. Now though, it has been revealed that the title will be even bigger in scale than the third and final entry in the companies sprawling fantasy series The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The Witcher 3 became the fastest-selling game in the UK during May, its month of release, but was over … Read More »
