Time to save the world, indie style If there’s one thing all gamers have in common it is the age old story line of world destruction, we have all experienced it at some point in our history. So what if a game uses this theme but gives it their own spin, that grabbed your attention didn’t it? Well as luck would have it one such game has cropped up that fits this description, it’s time to check out Ginger: Beyond The Crystal. Being funny is a tricky business. Zenith, from indie studio Infinigon and publisher Badland Indie, is pitched as an old-school RPG adventure with a modern-day twist – which roughly translates as classic isometric dungeon-crawling with a few jokes thrown in. As we find ourselves heading to the last few days of August, it’s time to start sharing the love and giving congratulations to people that truly deserve it. Here at Xbox One UK, we like to recognise the developers in the Indie scene – these guys and girls really do deserve extra credit for their work. So for the month of August, we … Read More »

There’s a wide variety out there for you to choose from, so what makes Zenith stand out from the crowd – by adding a side order of parody and a double helping of humor. With an awesome story, a unique fantasy world and a whole host of unforgettable characters – this sounds like a combo for success. You take the role of Argus, a man who has seen and done everything from adventuring and exploring ruins … Read More »
