March is upon us. Spring is fast approaching. But most importantly, it's time for a refresh with the Games with Gold line-up. As we say goodbye to the quirky Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, two new titles have entered Games with Gold to join Project Cars, which is available till March 15th. Xbox's Phil Spencer has just dropped some big news. Microsoft will be introducing an Xbox One Game Pass in Spring 2017. For a monthly subscription, currently slated as $9.99 for the US, you will be able to choose from over 100 games to download. Whilst similar in nature to the Playstation NOW service, Xbox Game Pass has one major difference. With NOW you pay your subscription and stream games. With the Xbox Game Pass, you will be able to download them directly to your Xbox. It's the 16th of the month already. And as two titles leave us (Killer Instinct Season 2 and Money Island 2), we have a couple of new entrants to the Games with Gold line up. Something that can be said about Microsoft, especially since Phil Spencer took charge, is that they definitely don't adopt a 'fire and forget' philosophy when it comes to Backwards Compatibility. They have a team constantly working on patches, bugs and releases and like to keep you updated through social media of things they're working on. Look at Halo Reach for example. When that was released it was riddled with bugs, screen-tearing and numerous other annoyances that made the game unplayable on Xbox One. Xbox and Major Nelson have announced via Twitter the latest title to join the Xbox 360 Backwards Compatible library. And this week, it's a fully fledged disc release. Dust off your old 360 collection as one of the first non-Star Wars Lego games has joined the list. Lego Indiana Jones, released in the summer of 2008, received favorable reviews upon its release. And ultimately led the Lego franchise to branch out to spawn the range of franchises we've all spent countless hours with today.
