PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds has sold a ton in it's early access phase on Xbox One but has suffered from a ton of issues from not being optimized for the home console as frame rates dip even below 20 FPS at times.  This typically has only happened in the early moments of each game but still can hurt the overall experience. The good news is that the Xbox One X version performs slightly better, with improved textures and draw distances.  Microsoft previously reminded fans that Xbox Game Preview releases are a work-in-progress.  Microsoft had this to say about the issues players have ... Everyone is probably familiar with the festive themed updates the majority of games release nowadays, but no one pulls it off quite like Bungie. Bungie have announced that The Dawning is making it's way back to Destiny 2 since last dropping with its predecessor in 2016. This update will launch on December 19th and will include a variety of winter themed shaders, swords, and snowball fights. Or maybe an oversized game of Hockey in the farm would suit you. Either way this update will last until 9th January, allowing you to obtain all of your festive needs. Source: Bungie Make ... Read More »

Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is the game that seems to have saved the franchise and now it has a Gold edition which is the least that it deserves. This gold edition includes the main game as well as all of the DLC that has been released. The first pieces of DLC released for Resident Evil 7 was the Banned Footage Volumes 1 & 2 but that wasn't all. The next piece of DLC that was released was the free Not A Hero DLC. This one saw you facing enemies that you have never seen before in the claustrophobic environment of ... Read More »

Today Overwatch's latest update launched and with it game a whole host of new features and the like. The main thing of note however is the launch of the festive Winter Wonderland content. Youtuber AlmightyDaq (who correctly predicted many of the details for Battlefield 1 months before EA revealed them- just in case you wonder why people are taking him seriously), claims to know that Battlefield: Bad Company 3 will be the next release. The source is apparently an insider with developer DICE. Whether that is the youtuber himself or he has had whispers from someone who is on the inside, we don't know but he certainly seems to know his stuff and is pretty convincing. EA had announced a Battlefield title for 2018 but there were no specific details given out and although there ... Read More »
Update: On it's first full day of release, PUBG has been down to due to maintenance but this is now over and the issues apparently fixed.  The official twitter account tweeted "Xbox players, the server maintenance is now over. The earlier cosmetic item and BP crate issues have also been fixed. Thank you for your understanding."    Players of PUBG have been experiencing problems and getting error messages saying connection issues with those trying to play the game as well as those trying to download encountered trouble. Players were also unable to open BP crates or equip different cosmetic items and this ... Read More »
So let's face it, Bungie has messed up on the launch of Curse of Osiris for Destiny 2. It has been a general consensus with the player base that bungee has offered very little in this DLC and have locked too many casual things behind a paywall that were readily available in the first Destiny game as part of the regular experience. Outside of the amazing raid lair, there isn't much else outside of very little story and more repetitive gameplay. Bungie is now though seeing their errors and trying to fix them as best they can. Today Destiny 2 ... Read More »
