Here we are, 12 hours removed from our last piece of news regarding For Honor, and we’re back at it again with more. Seems like Ubisoft are dropping information on the upcoming “sword-and-board” simulator, and we’re totally okay with that. We’ve bought VIP tickets to the hype train. On top of the three trailers released earlier which detailed 3 more heroes for each of the factions, we’ve now been treated to a trailer detailing the Faction War metagame. Essentially playing out exactly how you might imagine it would, players pick to represent either the Knights, the Vikings and the Samurai and … Read More »

Brace yourselves, guys and girls, we’ve got a lot to get through. Yesterday, the new Story trailer dropped for the upcoming DC fighting game Injustice 2, which revealed new characters in the form of Brainiac, Bane, Robin and Poison Ivy, and an idea as to where the story is heading. Spoiler alert: it looks fantastic. We also saw that Darkseid will be a pre-order exclusive and that the game will ship on May 16th 2017. All of this makes up for the lack of information we’ve received about the game over the last couple of months, but it appears Netherealm … Read More »

There’s a lot of work going on right now as Rare quietly beaver away getting the finishing touches to the much anticipated Sea of Thieves. It would be fair to say the developer has changed dramatically since the glory days of the 90’s under Nintendo’s stewardship. But it is Sea of Thieves, a brand new IP, that could see a strong return to form for Rare. Transparency has been great in recent months during development, with regular updates through the ‘Inn-Side Story’. This time round, Executive producer Joe Neate and Community Manager Cameron Thomas talk about the use of player … Read More »
