Super Mario 64, Crash Bandicoot and Banjo & Kazooie. What do they have in common? Other than becoming recognisable and setting the bar for games that followed, they were fun 3D platformers of the late nineties that caused a 'collection addiction' in some, if not most, gamers who played them. There has been a huge shortage of titles from this genre of late, especially this current generation, but we are now starting to see a 'rebirth' of the genre. With Yooka-Laylee, Banjo-Kazooie's spiritual successor, on the horizon and Skylar & Plux, a title inspired from another popular 3D platformer in the works, we're certain ... Read More »
When this year's iteration of Call of Duty was announced with it's trailer revealed shortly after, the internet was in uproar.
