So, knock on wood, … Read More »

Peter Molyneux, the former Lionhead Studios boss has spoken out about his desire to develop Fable 4. Speaking recently with GamesRadar, Molyneux was asked outright if he believed there would be a fourth entry into the main Fable series. He responded saying;”It’s crazy that Fable 4 isn’t being made, I would love to do Fable 4, and the studio tried to do it. You’d have to get the original team back together though.” Of course the story of the next entry in the series has been previously put to bed after Lionheads closure this year. November has been a busy month for news on Bioware’s upcoming fourth game in the Mass Effect franchise; Andromeda. Although there is no firm release date yet, more details are filtering through via Game Informer.  The most notable new information we’ve been given is that not all of the species that featured in the original trilogy, will be present in Andromeda. The latest all format charts have today been released, which has seen a very respectable entry for Watch Dogs 2, at number two. But so far, Dedsec have failed to infiltrate the number one position. Holding top spot, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare continues to dominate in sales. Mostly no doubt down to the legacy edition which features a remaster of Modern Warfare. A large number of pre Black Friday discounts could also have helped the next installment in the franchise retain top position. A respectable entry for Assassins Creed: The Ezio Collection, which only released on Friday, enters at … Read More »

Titanfall 2 has been with us for a month now, but it’s been no secret that the sequel has struggled at retail. Critics have been quick to point out, and rightly so, the poor timing of its release. Struggles were always going to happen when up against EA’s own Battlefield 1, and the infamous Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. Analysts are now looking at, or maybe clutching at straws, why the public are shunning their Titans. Things kicked off with an interview between Respawn CEO Vince Zampella, and an EA Publicist.
