Looking at the Linksys WRT32XB you'd be forgiven for thinking that is pretty much identical to the WRT32X, (available for £249.99 at Amazon)  and it is, except for one thing - that little B on the end signifies that this is the router that's been developed specifically to enhance the online gaming experience for Xbox One owners. Sadly, for the moment, it's not available to buy in the UK. So what are we missing out on? The Linksys WRT32XB autodetects and gives priority to network traffic to and from the Xbox One Console. Any other traffic that the router is ... Read More »
If you're anything like us here at Xbox One UK HQ then you'll love custom controllers, particularly when they offer something a little different. Hopefully, you'll agree with us that this latest one from Microsoft looks like a good'un. Sea of Thieves isn't out yet but is available for pre-order it. However, the limited edition controller has already been launched and we think it's pretty awesome. It's a translucent purple design with 'laser etched barnacles' for grip, with a golden right trigger (hidden pirate treasure), and the left control stick is in the form of a compass and a glow in the dark ... Kodi, the free and open source media platform has announced that following high demand their platform will be available on Xbox One through Windows and Xbox Store. Youtuber AlmightyDaq (who correctly predicted many of the details for Battlefield 1 months before EA revealed them- just in case you wonder why people are taking him seriously), claims to know that Battlefield: Bad Company 3 will be the next release. The source is apparently an insider with developer DICE. Whether that is the youtuber himself or he has had whispers from someone who is on the inside, we don't know but he certainly seems to know his stuff and is pretty convincing. EA had announced a Battlefield title for 2018 but there were no specific details given out and although there ... Read More »
