Men and women of the Militia! The Frontier News Network have a late breaking story in the war against the IMC. Respawn Entertainment have announced the latest free content drop for the popular Titanfall 2, entitled Colony Reborn, will be launching on March 30th, and will be very pleasing to fans of the original Titanfall. The DLC will include the return of Titanfall 1 map Colony, with narrow streets in the centre surrounded by huge Titan killing fields. Pilots will also be able to use a modified version of the R-101 Carbine, equipped with an ACOG scope. Colony Reborn will ... Read More »
The Injustice 2 media cavalcade is picking up steam all the way to the game's release in May, and NetherRealm aren't done yet. Today, a new trailer dropped in the Shattered Alliances series, which show off the much anticipated Story Mode. This time, it's the turn of newcomer Supergirl, who was sent away from Krypton at the same time as Superman. Now, she finds herself caught in the midst of war between the Regime and the Insurgency, torn between her loyalty to her family and her duty to protect the innocent. It should make for a compelling character arc, in ... Read More »

In April, we shall be treated to Xbox One games Ryse: Son of Rome and Telltale's The Walking Dead: Season 2, alongside Darksiders and Assassin's Creed: Revelations for the Xbox 360. Of course, for anyone who owns those 360 games digitally, you don't have to wait until April to play them on your Xbox One, as Major Nelson also revealed on Twitter. We're also getting a bonus too: Darksiders, Darksiders II and Assassin's Creed Revelations are coming to Xbox One Backward Compatibility today https://t.co/qPMRNrLoTQpic.twitter.com/pqaFZSEHVT — Larry Hryb ... Bandai Namco have officially announced the post launch content for the much anticipated fighter Tekken 7, which will include the addition of two more guest characters.  Joining Akuma, these unannounced guest characters will be available as part of the season pass and will include a new stage and new costumes related to the character in question, and will be released later this year and early next year respectively. In the meantime, more than 50 costumes will be released in the summer. Of course, this news has sent Xbox One UK (me) into speculation overload. The easy guess would be another ... Read More »
Bloody American Daylight Savings Time. Now it seems like Major Nelson will be dropping backwards compatibility announcements at 4pm instead of 5pm. We're going to start this review of Verdun, not with any fancy intros or witty wordplay, but with a picture. A picture that perfectly captures your typical experience when playing this game: Due to some unknown glitch, half of the character models have become either white or pink phantoms, haunting the WW1 battlefields of mainland Europe. It's hard to sneak around a dreary grey and brown warzone when your character looks like a mascot for Susan G. Komen. In turn, it's hard to really get invested in what Verdun offers. Verdun is a multiplayer first person shooter based on the ... Read More »
It's fair to say that the Cunning Stunts races for GTA Online are some of the most fun that the game offers, and Rockstar have picked up on that vibe. Arriving on March 14th, 20 new Cunning Stunts tracks will be available to all GTA Online players, with each track focusing on the special vehicles of the Rocket Voltic, the Ruiner 2000 & the Blazer Aqua. Expect tracks even more insane than the current ones on offer. Also, you can purchase the Progen GP1 from Legendary Motorsport. Look how gorgeous it looks! To keep you going until Tuesday, GTA Online ... Read More »
The Netherrealm media blitzkrieg for Injustice 2 seems to be in full swing, as the Shatter Alliances - Part 2 trailer has dropped, showing off Batman's side of the fight. Here, we see Batman struggling to trust people he spent years calling an adversary, such as The Flash and Green Lantern, whilst also trying to combat the re-emergence of The Regime. We haven't even got to the threat of Brainiac yet! We also get to see some gameplay for Green Lantern, footage of a cutscene scrap between The Flash and the Reverse Flash on a busy highway and- wait, was ... Read More »
