Final Fantasy XV has been dishing out DLC that further elaborates on it's story and world.  Back in March, players were treated to Episode Gladiolus.  On June 27, 2017, fans of FFXV will now be able to learn more about the king of selfies and gun combat.  From the trailer, it appears we will be given a deeper look into his deep history as well.  Gameplay takes a big shift as well, focusing more on 3rd person shooting than close quarters combat.  Watch the trailer for yourself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BQ7gs2bp9cU It appears to be more great character building from the folks at Square ... Now that we have seen and heard what 1080p games can become on Xbox One X, how do we know what enhancements they have been given by developers.  Luckily Microsoft is making it clear on the packaging what you can expect to see when you purchase a game and play it on Xbox One X. There will be three new indicators on packing now to explain to the buyer what enhancements a game has.  First is for 4K resolution.  This doesn't only apply to native 4K (2160p).  This includes native 2160p, a “checkerboarded” 2160p presentation or a dynamic, scaling resolution ... It appears Bungie is even more eager to get Destiny 2 into everyone's hands.  Bungie lead Luke Smith has confirmed on Twitter that Destiny 2's release date has been moved from 8 September, 2017 to 6 September, 2017.  Although it isn't a huge change, it is better than being delayed.  The PC version of Destiny 2 is set to release on 24 October, 2017. The only other detail guardians have been wondering is when is the beta.  The beta will last around two and a half days, from 6PM UK, 21 July to 5AM, 25 July for Xbox One.  The beta ... Read More »
It's a game used as a standard in graphic design and realism.  Forza Motorsports has always went toe to toe with the best of the best when it comes to creating a realistic world that feels every bit like a true simulation than just a game.  Turn 10 have done it big now thanks to Xbox One X with Forza Motorsports 7 debuting at E3.  Running in native 4K at 60 frames per second, it looks to be a digital masterpiece of art with incredible effects and terrains that help recreate some of the most popular roads and vehicles the ... What a day Microsoft had unveiling Xbox One X, the official name of Project Scorpio.  One thing that a lot of Xbox fans though have been asking for is backwards compatibility to include titles from the first generation Xbox console.  Well Microsoft is now going to deliver on that request and announced during their E3 press conference that games from the original Xbox console will be available through backwards compatibility.  The newer hardware, especially the hardware in the beefy Xbox One X, will also improve performance and visuals on those original titles. So what games are going to be compatible?  ... Read More »
It's already known that Project Scorpio is set to be the most powerful console created. Microsoft is taking it a step further now by giving developers another gigabyte to work with from the systems 12 Gb system RAM.  Developers were given 8 out of the available 12 Gbs to use for their games with the rest dedicated to the console's operating system.  Now though, developers have 9 of the 12.  That's a large increase in the world of gaming. It's also been confirmed that those who don't use all of the system RAM won't go to waste. RAM that is ... Read More »
