Ten Games Releasing In August
August is here and to what is usually a lackluster month in gaming, this August sees the release of a few AAA games. Here are Ten that we think are worth your time and money this month. So in no particular order Starting at Number 10 we have:
10. Madden NFL 19 – 7th August

8. Naruto To Boruto: Shinobi Striker – 31st August
The Naruto franchise is back with a brand new experience in NARUTO TO BORUTO: SHINOBI STRIKER! This new game lets gamers battle as a team of 4 to compete against other teams online! Graphically, SHINOBI STRIKER is also built from the ground up in a completely new graphic style. Lead your team and fight online to see who the best ninjas are!
7. Dead Cells – 7th August
Dead Cells puts you in control of a failed alchemic experiment trying to figure out what’s happening on a sprawling, ever-changing and seemingly cursed Island. Tough but fair combat, responsive controls, challenging foes, permadeath and of course, the emergency panic roll to get you out of trouble, make for a demanding, visceral and cathartic action game.
Clementine, now a fierce and capable survivor, has reached the final chapter in her journey. After years on the road facing threats both living and dead, a secluded school might finally be her chance for a home. But protecting it will mean sacrifice.
5. State Of Mind – 15 August
When mind and machine become one – what will remain of humanity? Berlin, 2048 – The world is on the brink. Lack of resources, illnesses caused by polluted air and water, crime on the rise, war. Governments and companies promise remedies through technological progress.
4. Divinity: Original Sin 2 – Definitive Edition – 31st August
Finally leaving Game Preview at the end of the month. There can only be one God. The Divine is dead. The Void approaches. And the powers lying dormant within you are soon to awaken. The battle for Divinity has begun.
3. Shenmue I & II – 21st August
A tale of revenge. In 1986, teenage jujitsu artist Ryo Hazuki returns to the dojo of his father, Iwao Hazuki, only to witness his murder by a Chinese man, Lan Di. Lan Di steals a mysterious artifact known as the Dragon Mirror. Ryo vows to avenge his father’s death and sets out tracing Lan Di’s path. The best Shenmue experience
