Xbox 360 Games To Get Xbox One X Enhancements
Microsoft have been prepping for the launch of the Xbox One X, with only two weeks left until it drops. And as so, they’ve been releasing bits of information here and there.
What’s interesting though is something that we never expected to happen – Xbox 360 games to benefit from the capabilities of the Xbox One X, as well as Xbox One titles.
Microsoft revealed this information via IGN and have stated the first four Xbox 360 games that will get the Xbox One X treatment. These are:
- Assassin’s Creed
- The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
- Fallout 3
- Halo 3
What this means is that these games will now have more depth to their colour. Previously, they were restricted to 8-bit panels but they have now been opened up to 10-bit panels, allowing use of HDR.
