Developer Defiant Development released a crowd-funded game back in 2015 called Hand of Fate. It combined deck-building with RPG gameplay in an unusual hybrid that actually worked.
The developer has now announced a release date for the sequel Hand of Fate 2. The game sees you facing a mysterious dealer who’ll often give you crucial choices to make and may or may not force you into battle with whatever the card entails. There’ll be a bunch of new cards that change up the game, your fighting style, weapon types and enemies. Not to mention the graphics are heaps better.
And what’s more, this title is launching alongside the release of Xbox One X on 7th November, complete with 4K support!
