Project Scorpio Giving More Power To Developers Than Before

It’s already known that Project Scorpio is set to be the most powerful console created. Microsoft is taking it a step further now by giving developers another gigabyte to work with from the systems 12 Gb system RAM.  Developers were given 8 out of the available 12 Gbs to use for their games with the rest dedicated to the console’s operating system.  Now though, developers have 9 of the 12.  That’s a large increase in the world of gaming. It’s also been confirmed that those who don’t use all of the system RAM won’t go to waste. RAM that is unused will be used for cache to better help with load times.   This ensures all games will benefit from this change.

We are excited to see a full unveil of Project Scorpio this weekend at Microsoft’s E3 press conference.   Are you going to purchase Scorpio when it launches?   Let us know in the comments below!
