Kerbal Space Program Has Been Purchased By Take-Two Interactive

The success of Kerbal Space Program has already been noted but now has a well known backer to help push its success.  Famed game publisher Take-Two Interactive has purchased the rights and property of Kerbal Space Program.  This doesn’t change anything right now but gives a much larger potential for growth.  Here’s what the KSP development team had to say about the purchase:

This is a very exciting time for KSP and the Community, and we hope you’re as thrilled as we are. The team at Take-Two are big fans of KSP, who have been persistently knocking on our door trying to work with us for a long time. They share your passion for the game and we’re really eager to see what Squad and Take-Two can do together for Kerbal Space Program moving forward!

It is always a plus when a great game gets a chance to grow.  We are eager to see what Take-Two does now to better grow KSP.  Have you been playing Kebal Space Program?  Let us know in the comments below!
