LEGO Worlds Finally Gets A Creative Sandbox

LEGO Worlds is a game designed so that you can build anything you like out of your imagination, right? Well it is now, or sometime very soon at least. The first major update is coming to LEGO Worlds and with it will come a sandbox mode, something that many think should have been included from the start.

The new sandbox mode will come with several handy features, the ability to choose the size of your world, biomes and the objects that will fill your LEGO world. This means that you won’t need to rely on the randomness of the world that is generated, you have full control of the world.

The developer however still believes that you should play the adventure mode, “This mode will skip the Lego Worlds’ tutorial worlds, so new players will want to try Adventure Mode first in order to fully understand the tools – and some of the rarest, harder to find creatures are locked until they’re found in Adventure Mode.”

The publisher have released a handy little trailer to give you an idea of what you can expect.
