New Overwatch Maps Arriving In Time For Anniversary Event

We’re closing in fast on the first birthday for one of 2016’s greatest games, Overwatch, and Blizzard Entertainment are celebrating in style.
So far Blizzard have announced that on May 23rd, three new arena maps will be available to all players. These maps are themed on current maps Eichenwalde, Temple of Anubis and Dorado.
If you’re wondering what type of map is an “arena” map, think Ecopoint; Antarctica. These new maps will likely be added to the rotation of playlists like 3v3 Elimination, though if you play that mode, you have serious problems.
Check out the tweet from the official Overwatch Twitter account to get a glimpse at these new maps, and let us know your thoughts in the comments below. We can’t wait to see what else Blizzard has up their sleeve.
