First Xbox One Wireless Headset Without Dongle Announced

LucidSound, developers of gaming headsets across all formats have recently announced that its new headset, the LS35X, will support a direct connection to the Xbox One and Project Scorpio; once released, without the need for an external dongle.

HEADSETBasically this headset acts the same way as it would with your Xbox One controller. Just sync it up to your Xbox One and every time you want to use it, just turn it on and you’re ready to start blasting out some ‘pew pew’ through this gorgeous headset.

What’s more, is that this is compatible with any Windows 10 device including Windows phones and works in the same way – providing you have an Xbox wireless adaptor, although if you want to use this headset across both the Xbox One and Windows 10 devices, you will need to sync each time.

There currently is no release date set for this headset, however if you would like to stay up to date, you can visit the LucidSound website and sign up for updates.

Do you like gaming with headsets and would you purchase this one? Does the fact that it doesn’t require a dongle entice you to a purchase? We would be happy to hear your thoughts and opinions in the comments below.
