Possible Leak Regarding New Battlefield 1 Content

The Battlefield data mining community may have discovered some of the new features coming to Battlefield 1.  All of these finds might be added weapons and features to the upcoming DLC called “In the Name of Tsar.”

The main focus of the leak points to 3 new weapons; one being a shotgun, a sniper, and a pistol.  there is no clarification on how players will get these weapons.

The leaks were supposedly data mined through current patch files as well as the community test environment.

Outside of the speculated weapons, there is also reasons to believe that the binoculars from the single-player campaign could carry over into multiplayer.  These would help players verify range before firing and give more realism to shooting, especially long range sniping.

EA DICE isn’t giving us anything yet about “In the Name of Tsar” but its nice that these aren’t simply rumors and have some evidence of truth.  We will have to wait and see what’s to come.  What do you think?  Let us know in the comments below!
