Mass Effect: Andromeda Preloading Begins, File Size Revealed

Mass Effect: Andromeda is released next week, (23rd March) and due to some players being able to preload the game we know how big it is, and it’s pretty big!

Users on Twitter and Reddit have been reporting the file size as they begin to download the game, which comes in at 42.19GB. Not the biggest download, but with lots of other games now sporting  large file size it may be time to invest in a new external hard drive! Why not check out our External Hard Drive Review here?

With a day One Update on the cards for us BioWare has their hands full, as they haven’t released an official statement regarding the preloading. If they do, it’ll hopefully happen soon and we can let all of you know exactly when to start scanning your ‘ready for download’ section on your Xbox.

And in case you didn’t know, there will be a 10 hour long free trial before the release date so read up about it here if you dont want to miss out!
