If you enjoy nothing more than slashing at Orc’s and exploring dungeons, then you will be particular pleased to read the announcement that independent games developer Chilled Mouse has partnered with Games Workshop and Rodeo Games in order to make Warhammer Quest console friendly and bring it to Xbox One late in February 2017.
Warhammer Quest sees you taking control of a plucky band of hero’s who’s hunt for fame, fortune and adventure find them exploring a number of hidden dungeons found in the far-flung corners of the empire. As a reward for vanquishing foes such as Night Goblin’s, River Trolls and Skaven you will be able to level-up weapons and gain new abilities and spells to use on your next bout of combative caving. The game promises to deliver a mix of adventure, strategy and roleplaying genres.
“As massive fans of the Warhammer universe, we have wanted to work with Rodeo’s game to bring what made Warhammer Quest such a great table top game to consoles,” said Ian Baverstock, Director of Chilled Mouse. “With truly unique hero characters, epic role-playing action, awesome loot and randomly generated dungeons, Warhammer Quest is a true digital incarnation of its namesake.”
