Could Final Fantasy VII Remake Be Heading To Xbox One?

Final Fantasy fans went wild at E3 2015 with the reveal of the long requested remake of the fabled seventh installment. At the time, it was billed as a ‘console debut’ exclusive to Playstation. Whilst that may not have changed, Final Fantasy VII has made it’s way onto Xbox One listings at EB games.

It could be assumed that Square Enix have a deal with Sony for this to be just a timed exclusive, with a release on Xbox once the agreed time is over. Much in the way Xbox did with Rise of the Tomb Raider.

EB games clearly has some form of information that it can’t share at present. but the fact it has turned up in the listings alone gives promise that we too may very well be able to return to Midgar and face the infamous Sethorph on our beloved Xbox One.

We’ll bring you more news as soon as it breaks. Let us know your thoughts and opinions in the comments!

Even at the reveal the information was vague but still clear enough for one to draw a conclusion that it was timed exclusive on the PS4 and will eventually come to the XB1.
