Telltale Reveals The Walking Dead Season 3 Release Date

Telltale games has finally revealed the release date for the much anticipated third season of The Walking Dead. Revealed at this years E3, episode one will be released in time for Christmas, on December 20th.

It’s been three years since the last installment, and as such Telltale has decided to title the game ‘The New Frontier’. Despite this, lead protagonist Clementine returns. Set four years after the events of the second season, clementine has entered her teenage years in her fight for survival. A new main character, Javier, will also feature with gameplay splitting between the two characters.

For those of us that prefer physical copies, a disc based version will release with the full season pass on February 7th 2017. In the meantime, we’ll get a first look at the gameplay in the early hours of December 2nd at The Game Awards. But if you can’t wait that long, check out the E3 reveal trailer below;
