Xbox One Already has 6 Times the Mods for Skyrim

Even though the rerelease of Skyrim isn’t until 28 October, Bethesda is already accepting mods for the upcoming hit.  They are also taking way more mods on Xbox One than they are on PS4.

Currently there are at least 65 mods available for Xbox One on Bethesda.net listings however only 10 on PS4.  All of the PS4 mods are also on Xbox One.

One of the biggest reasons for the discrepancy is due to Sony limiting modders to only tweaking current features.  Microsoft is allowing for on changes to mechanics.  With this freedom, Xbox modders will have a total of 5GB of storage while only 1GB on PS4.
