It seems that DICE are not simply content with using any feedback they receive as a result of the Battlefield 1 BETA to improve the final product.
They are willing to take feedback they receive and are using it to improve the experience for players in the games current BETA stage. Since last week’s massive server issues the test period seems to have gone relatively well, with many people liking what they’re seeing so far.
That’s not to say though that the game is without fault. One of the biggest gripes for gamers so far has been how difficult it is to finish a match with a clean victory as opposed to a time limit enforced win. That exact issue appears to have been addressed today with a small update.
The Conquest time limits has been removed so that the first team to score 300 points will win the match. The Rush game mode has been updated in a similar fashion so players have to reduce the attacker’s ticket count to ensure victory.
With last week’s server issues causing significant down time it’s likely we could see the BETA extended beyond it’s originally rumored 8th of September end date.
Will you be taking advantage of that if it’s the case? Or have you seen enough of the game to effectively influence your decision to purchase it one way or another? Let us know your answers to these questions and your general opinion of the game in the comments!
