Titanfall 2 Dev Open To Cross Platform Play

Titanfall 2 A glitch in the frontier dlc

Titanfall 2 Test 1 has just finished and test 2 is due to begin tomorrow, in the wake of test 1’s finish Developer Respawn has spoken out about crossplatform play with PlayStation and PC.

The developer of Titanfall 2 has indicated that it would consider enabling PC, Xbox One and PS4 Cross-Play in the future.

The team isn’t planning on allowing players on different platforms to fight it out at first, but in an interview the director of Titanfall 2 suggested that it may eventually happen.

Steve Fukoda is quoted as saying that Respawn Entertainment isn’t “planning on doing that at launch. For now, the answer is no, but we aren’t closed to the possibility.”

There’s been a lot of talk surrounding Cross-Play recently. Microsoft went as far as to send an open invitation to Sony to enable the feature between the Xbox One and PS4, but the conversation between the two has since gone cold.

As the news comes in with more concrete information on crossplatform play we will keep you upto date.
