Backwards Compatibility – the gift that keeps on giving. Today the Xbox Boffins have loaded two more titles into the Backwards Compatibility hoppers and, from there, straight into your Ready to Install list.
Backwards Compatibility launched in November 2015 with a handful of games – today’s announcement brings the total number of games that are part of the programme to 226. Not bad, especially given that some of our favourite Xbox 360 titles are playable now on Xbox One, including Red Dead, Black Ops 1, XCOM: Enemy Within and Alex Kidd in Miracle World.
Remember, to play any of the Backwards Compatible titles, just pop your disc into the disc slot and wait for the game to install. If you owned a title digitally, it will appear in the Ready to Install section of My Games and Apps.
Major Nelson took to Twitter to announce today’s three games.

We played a ton of rhythm action game Boom Boom Rocket when it was released, but Syberia passed us by first time ’round.
