Check Out the Behind the Scenes Look at South Park: The Fractured But Whole

There are plenty of reasons to look forward to the next South Park game, The Fractured But Whole (see what they did there?) – and for those who still need an injection of hype, check out the latest video from Matt Stone and Trey Parker, which takes us behind the scenes of the superhero satire.

As the South Park creators state, right at the beginning of the video: ‘Superheroes and video games – there’s a lot to take the p*ss out of.’

The video  discusses both the inspiration behind creating the game, and also showcases a few gameplay mechanics of the action RPG.

The Fractured But Whole follows on from the previous South Park game The Stick of Truth, a tongue-in-cheek look at fantasy games. In fact, it’s set the very next day, playing as the same character, when the boys decide to play superhero games instead. After the learning curve of the original, Parker and Stone are hoping that the latest game will build on – and better – a lot of Stick of Truth’s gameplay.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole releases on 6th December 2016. Time to get heroic…
