As Bungie’s Destiny approached the end of Year One, major bragging rights were on offer for anyone who managed to complete the Moments of Triumph. This meant grabbing an essentially complete collection of all the end game content of offer – both Raids on Hard mode, Prison of Elders, completing the main story line as well as those of Crota and the House of Wolves, etc. To see how well you did, log into Bungie.net, head on over to your profile and hit ‘Triumphs’.
What was so compelling about the Moments of Triumph was that it was time limited – once Year Two content landed (in the form of The Taken King) your progress was locked off, and you’d either triumphed, or you hadn’t.
As someone who had never Raided, I shouted into the void for assistance and was lucky enough to enlist the help of @aCerealMurderer to make sure I grabbed the unique emblem on offer. I’ll forever be in that laid-back Guardian’s debt. Thanks, buddy!
It looks like – as Year Two draws to a close – there will be a whole new set of Moments of Triumph, if Redditor vivekhnz‘s information is accurate.

Without official confirmation from Bungie, though, we’re still treating this as rumour. It feels like this is something that might be on the cards, though – after all, if Year One’s Moments of Triumph proved compelling then it seems an obvious boost for participation in Year Two content before the next big update – Destiny: Rise of Iron – drops.
Me? Oh no. I’m way too far behind to have a chance of this one. I’m two-of-eight this year.
