New Far Cry Primal Trailer | King of the Stone Age

Judging by the new Far Cry Primal trailer, it’s a bad time to be a woolly mammoth. Unless you’re a mammoth with a death wish and a fondness for pointy spears and stone axes, that is. Then you’re all set.

This new Far Cry Primal trailer, King of the Stone Age, depicts a land of epic beauty in a time of brutal savagery when one man will lead his tribe in the battle for survival. It also looks like that one man will kill a lot of wildlife and other ancient peoples, too. One thing we can say from this trailer, then; it’s definitely Far Cry!

In Far Cry Primal, the majestic land of Oros has been torn apart due to the confrontation of the three dominant tribes who seek the same single purpose: to conquer it. You play as Takkar and your people, The Wenja tribe, are at risk. They  are being attacked by both the cannibals of the Udam tribe, led by the cruel warrior Ull, and the fire worshipers of the Izila tribe, led by the high priestess Batari. In an untamed world full of dangers, Takkar will have to unite and protect the Wenja people from their dangerous enemies, the Udam and the Izila.

Far Cry Primal will be available Xbox One on 23 February 2016. Are you excited for this stone age take on Far Cry? Let us know in the comments!

Amazingly, prone to intermittent fits of unexplained optimism. Lived alone and liked it so much he bought the company. Wouldn't mind being a little less clever and a little more handsome. Arranges words into painstakingly grammatically correct order for a living. Likes: Sunshine, TV, couch, cats, games. Dislikes: Rain, people, arranging words into painstakingly grammatically correct order. #ILHIMH
