Star Wars Battlefront released at the end of last year to surprisingly mixed reviews. One of the major gripes that people have with the game is the lack of content, especially offline content. Dice, the developers of Star Wars Battlefront envisioned a mostly online experience but it seems that players also want a decent amount of offline content as well.
While neither EA or Dice have come out and said anything the internet is abuzz with talk of a major update that could be coming soon. It seems that a fan has had a conversation with an EA customer support worker.
The customer asked the EA staff member about whether more offline content would be coming anytime soon and the reply they got back was “The developers are working on it and they have progressed quite a bit. They would hopefully be added they are still working on it. They have not yet provided us a time frame for the update.”
EA and Dice have done nothing to confirm any of this information but neither have they denied anything either. There have however been hints before that the offline section of the game is something that the developer is considering expanding on so the possibility isn’t out of the question. Of course if and when they do announce anymore news about this then be sure that we will let you know straight away.
